  6. Icon Library (ICL) Builder allows you to quickly and easily
  7. consolidate all your icons into icon libraries of up to a
  8. thousand icons each.  You can also export icons to bitmap
  9. files which can then be edited by PaintBrush or similar
  10. program.  After editing, the bitmap may be imported into
  11. ICL Builder as an icon.

  13. Features include:
  14.   - Able to extract icons from ico, exe, dll or icl files
  15.   - Build and maintain as many icon libraries as desired with
  16.     up to one-thousand icons in each library
  17.   - Export individual icons in libraries as ico or bmp files
  18.   - Import bmp files to be used as icons
  19.   - Extremely easy to use editor for building and maintaining
  20.     icon libraries

  22. INSTALLATION
  23. Run install.exe for automatic installation.

  25. Or, to manually install ICL Builder simply copy the files
  26. iclbuild.exe and iclbuild.hlp to your Windows directory or
  27. any other directory you desire.  If you don't currently have
  28. a copy of bwcc.dll or icondlg.dll or either file is older than
  29. the file included, then copy them to your Windows system directory.

  33. To un-install the program, simply delete the files copied above
  34. though it is recommended you do not delete bwcc.dll or icondlg.dll
  35. as other programs may be using the files.  There will also be a
  36. section labeled [ICL Builder] in win.ini that may be deleted.

  38. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  39. Note that this is a shareware program.  As such, you may use it on a trial
  40. basis for thirty days.  After this time, the program should be registered 
  41. if it is continued to be used.  The cost is $12.50.  For a disk with the
  42. latest version add an extra $2 shipping.  The fee is payable to:

  52. out orderfrm.txt for an order form.  After registering you will receive a
  53. letter giving you your registration code to eliminate the registration 
  54. ialog box.
